Becca Faber is the Owner and Hearing Instrument Specialist at Cedar Ridge Hearing. With years of experience in hearing healthcare, she is passionate about helping patients improve their hearing, reconnect with loved ones, and enhance their overall quality of life through personalized care and education. As a proud mom of two, Becca enjoys spending summers at the cottage, cycling, and making memories with family and friends. She is excited to welcome patients to Cedar Ridge Hearing and provide a warm, patient-centered experience built on trust, compassion, and exceptional service.
Daniela Valincic
HEARING INSTRUMENT SPECIALIST
Daniella Valincic has been a Hearing Specialist for the past three years and is passionate about helping people improve their hearing and overall quality of life. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and providing compassionate, personalized care. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by exercising and spending quality time with her family and friends. Daniella is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to meeting and helping our patients!

MARKETING AND PATIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Megan Snell is our Marketing and Patient Experience Manager who thrives on bringing creative ideas to life and building meaningful experiences for patients. Living in a small town, she values the close‑knit community feel and brings that same warmth and approachability to her role. When Megan's not collaborating on new projects, you’ll find her outside with her family and dog — hiking, exploring, or simply enjoying fresh air. Her love for creativity, nature, and connection inspires the way she approaches her work every day.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
Amanda Reinders is our Patient Experience Coordinator with over five years of customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping others. Having worn hearing aids herself for many years, Amanda understands firsthand the challenges individuals face with hearing loss and is dedicated to providing compassionate, supportive care to every client she meets. She strives to create a positive and comfortable experience for patients throughout their hearing journey. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time outdoors, and making memories with friends and family.
